Custom AI for full-text paper analysis

Based in the Google Gemini system, this is a series of custom AI bots (Gems) that are trained on statistics and research evaluation papers. They will assess full-text research papers according to standardized criteria and synthesize complex topics over multiple full text papers, summarizing and answering any questions about the paper(s).

Every part of the output is linked to the exact section of the source that supports the statement, so that you can quickly check that it is valid.

Examples of the output can be found at the OncWonk and NatWonk research review sites. Note – the posts do not contain the hyperlink to source as that can only be used within the Gemini framework.
